I don't know how they do it but every year Salesforce.com outdoes themselves from the previous year at Dreamforce. This year was no different. I had the pleasure of speaking to Salesforce.com partners in their "Market Like Salesforce" session.
The sessions, the keynotes (including Malcom Gladwell and Bill Clinton), the entertainment (including Stevie Wonder and my pal Chatty) were all amazing. How do they do it? Salesforce.com truly understands their audience and does whatever they can to engage.
