Brad’s Apple Cider Aperol Spritz Recipe 

Ingredients:  

• Lemon
• 1 ounce Aperol
• 3 ounces Spiced Apple cider
• 3 ounces Champagne
• Splash of club soda
• Garnish: sliced apples, cinnamon sticks and thyme leaf
• Cinnamon Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon   

Instructions:  

1. Rim the glass with lemon and dip it into the cinnamon sugar mixture
2. Add ice to a glass
3. Pour the spiced apple cider, Aperol, and champagne (or non-alcoholic options for a mocktail) into the glass
4. Top it off with a splash of club soda
5. Stir together and add an apple slice, cinnamon stick and thyme leaf for garnish
