There are so many webinar platforms out there from which to choose. Of course, we’re a big fan of BrightTalk, GoToMeeting and WebEx. We’d never suggest there is only one platform for everyone out there, so we love the opportunity to review new resources as we come across them. We had the pleasure of checking out KnowledgeVision and suggest you do the same if you’re looking for a multimedia platform to better market to your prospects and customers.
Think of the company’s host of products as a presentation machine designed to help you create a more engaged and interactive audience.
As we’ve mentioned in previous blog posts, video is key in getting peoples attention especially since we all have short attention spans. KnowledgeVision allows you to communicate with your audience using audio, slides and video. This keeps your audience engaged, but also helps to market your brand as well as yourself. People feel like they have gotten to work with you face to face.
KnowledgeVision offers many different platforms for you to use depending on how often, how technical, and how interactive you want your recorded webinars to be. One of the choices is a less-advanced option called KVQuick. Simply put, it’s a fast tool to get you up and running, but is still robust enough for a professional webinar recording.
You can either host a live webinar or record a session for viewing later through an on demand feature. For an additional fee, you even have the option to have a live, interactive a chat room.
Another platform of KnowledgeVision’s is a more full-featured presentation tool called KVStudio. It provides all the benefits that KVQuick offers, both platforms include a guestbook that requires a sign-in and you can customize it to gather names, email, or other lead-generating information, for example. However, KVStudio adds the ability to collect metrics, link to webpages (not only slides) and better market your company during your presentations.
KVStudio also lets you share virtual handouts with your audience, including white papers, slide decks, and graphics. The viewer analytics feature tracks audience member activity for maximum engagement. For example, you can see who didn’t have much engagement after the presentation ends and learn how you can alter your future presentations to achieve the best engagement from your audience.
KnowledgeVision’s prerecorded presentations are stored in the cloud so there’s no storage limit, however they do limit active presentations, depending on which edition you choose to purchase of course.
The great thing about KnowledgeVision’s presentation platform is that it offers the ability for presenters to customize how they use and present their information to the viewers. Plus, the metrics and replay options mean that you can better serve your audience, generate leads, and use your presentations to better engage with current and future customers.
