It’s well known, especially for those of us in tech, that science and technology continue as male-dominated industries, even in this day and age. In fact, despite women accounting for nearly half of the total workforce, they still only hold about a quarter of all tech jobs. So what does this really mean for women and girls navigating their careers in technology? For starters, we need to advocate for them, listen to their stories, and create space for them to succeed.
