ORACLE OPEN WORLD Painted the Town Red!

Written by Channel Maven | October 10, 2012

There was no question, Oracle descended upon The Moscone Center and all of San Francisco last week. The Channel Maven team was thrilled to be a part of the event with our Social Media Rally Station™. The Social Media Rally Station™ is a great opportunity to help partners optimize their online presence and help vendors expand their message through the channel. Here’s how it works:

Audience member checks in at the Rally Coordinator Stop provides their website, LinkedIn profile and other social profiles with logins if possible. If they don’t have a professional head shot they go straight to Rally Photo Stop for a few options of professional shots.

If they already have a head shot or once they receive one they go to one of the One-2-One Rally Stops to upload their photo (and or video) to their professional profiles, hear how to improve their profile and how to use social media platforms to build more relationships.

At the Rally Video Stop they create a 45-60 second video about themselves that can be optimized and loaded to their website or profiles.

Audience member leaves with printed out and emailed or USB including guides and videos on how to use social platforms step-by-step as well as check lists.

The response from Oracle Open World partners, executives and team members was outstanding. Think your partner summit, sales kick-off or event expo could use a Social Media Rally Station™? Let us know, we’d love to be there.
