Channel Cheers! A Time to Add Value and Say Thanks!

Written by Channel Maven | November 17, 2022

Here at Channel Maven, we often have conversations with our Vendor clients about the importance of relationship building, especially when it comes to our Channel partnerships. And since, "people do business with people," we know all too well, that relationships require trust.

In this Channel Cheers, Brad Rolfe, serves up a great holiday cocktail plus three easy and practical ways to optimize your social presence to help build trust with your valued network. Why? Because social is the best first place to start, especially when it comes to developing connections.

As humans, we typically go to social to take a break, for comedy relief, and of course to find information about people, companies, solutions, and services. When you think about it, your social network is more or less a captive audience. So, with the holidays upon us, and hopefully a little downtime coming your way, this may be the perfect opportunity to spruce (no pun intended) up your social profiles. Both your own and your company's, and then start sharing relevant content with your audiences to build trust. Listen to what they're saying and sharing and engage back by offering your personal experiences and expertise. Consider what makes you engage with others. Are they friendly? Like-minded? Educational? Funny? Whatever the reason, they're providing value to you. Be that resource for others and watch your relationships grow!
